All data is stored exclusively on your device using local storage. Nothing is ever transmitted to a remote server or cloud service.

MedTrackr does not require you to create an account or provide any personal information such as your name, email, or phone number.
If you enable medication reminders, the app uses your device's local notification system. No notification data leaves your device.
MedTrackr works entirely offline. No network requests are made by the app.
MedTrackr does not knowingly collect data from children under 13. The app stores no personal information of any kind.
All data is stored locally on your device and retained until you choose to remove it. No data is ever transmitted to a remote server. You can delete all app data at any time using the "Reset All Data" option in the app's Danger Zone settings, or by uninstalling the app. Deletion is permanent and cannot be recovered.
